 This  page outlines the policies, guidelines, and agreements that help  maintain a respectful, harmonious, and aligned healing experience for  all participants. 

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session, class, or event.

            A minimum of 48hs is required to reschedule a session or event.

• Rescheduling with less than 48hs notice is subject to a $75 rescheduling fee.
• Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time only

Ocala Equine soul connection reserves the right to remove dangerous, disruptive, or unlawful persons from the property.
 

Please arrive on time to receive the full value of your experience.

• If you anticipate being late, you must notify us as soon as possible.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be subject to the rescheduling fee.
• Sessions will end at the scheduled time to honor other appointments.

• A missed session or event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
• No-show bookings cannot be transferred, rescheduled, or credited.

This policy protects the energy, preparation, and availability for others in the community. 

• If a class, event, or outdoor offering must be postponed due to  weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be automatically  transferred to the next scheduled date.
• If multiple dates are available, participants may choose from the posted options.
• In the event a participant experiences a true emergency, please  contact Lu directly as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered on  a case-by-case basis.

These measures ensure energetic integrity and fairness while honoring the safety and needs of all participants. 

• Please participate according to your personal health and comfort level.
• You are responsible for any pre-existing conditions or injuries.
• Any concerns regarding accessibility, physical limitations, or safety should be communicated prior to your session.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for their supervision and safety. 
• These guidelines help maintain a safe and balanced space for everyone.
•  No smoking, drugs, vaping or alcohol in premises.
• No visitors allowed unless they are registered clients.
  
   
   

For Events Only: 

By attending, participants acknowledge that photos or videos may be  taken during sessions for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be  photographed or recorded, please notify event host.
